'BIOLUMINISENCE', 2020

1. 7. – 15. 11. 2020

PASK Pavillon of Glass, Klatovy.

The experimental light installation of glass nests is a collaborative work of Prague collective Gojo. The nests were originally created for a single music event, but its innate quality has predetermined it for further expositions. In the garden of the Pavilion of Glass, the installation comes to terms with a new context and coalesce into its final bioluminescent form.

The insulation had two layers - one was only about light and spatial qualities the second was an intervention in the form of a tapestry, which was sewed out of fabrics and parts of previous installations for Harmony series. We due our thanks to both XYZ and Curk crews for technical support.

HARMONY w/ SHADED EXPLORER & CINNAMINT

November 2017

freight railway station Žižkov, Prague

A thin translucent wall out of fibreglass columns fragmented the main hall into private spaces to be filled with people. From their rather intimate areas, the crowd gradually tore down the columns and showed it’s will to celebrate together. Fluorescent tubes were set by the XYZ project as well as an outside surprise - an audiovisual illusion of a passing train.

The early installations caught an eye of the curator who invited us to the gallery space of Kavárna co hledá jméno. In the courtyard we assembled some found windows in a temporary installation.
